Finite-volume, finite-element and analytical studies of complex flow, heat transfer and multiphysics transport.
I am Dr. Ghulam Rasool, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. My research brings mathematical modeling, computational fluid dynamics and optimization together to solve thermal and energy challenges.
Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia · Open to high-impact research collaborations
My work sits at the intersection of applied mathematics and mechanical engineering, with a consistent aim: turning complex transport physics into useful design insight.
I specialize in fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, heat transfer, phase-change materials, nanofluids and renewable-energy systems. I develop numerical and analytical models for problems ranging from latent heat storage and porous-media convection to battery safety and thermal management.
My academic journey spans Saudi Arabia, China, Lebanon and Pakistan. Alongside research and teaching, I contribute to scholarly publishing, mentor emerging researchers and support interdisciplinary collaboration aligned with sustainable development and Saudi Vision 2030.
